AI and Machine Learning

Gooseworks uses AI technology to:

Your workspace content may be processed by AI models to provide these features. We do not use your private workspace content to train general-purpose AI models.

Connected Accounts and Advertising Data

Gooseworks lets you connect third-party accounts you already own, such as a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account. Connecting is always optional, and you choose which account to connect.

When you connect a Meta ad account, we import and store:

• Account details: ad account ID, name, currency and time zone
• Ad structure: campaigns, ad sets, ads and ad creatives, including ad copy and creative images or video
• Performance metrics: daily spend, impressions, reach, clicks, and results such as purchases or leads

We request read-only access for reporting. Gooseworks does not create, edit, pause or spend anything in your ad account unless you separately and explicitly grant publishing access, which is a distinct permission you approve on its own.

We use this data only to show you your advertising performance inside Gooseworks and to generate the reports and recommendations you asked for. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use one customer's advertising data to benefit another. We do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Access credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from your brand settings, which deletes the credential and stops all syncing. Previously imported metrics are retained so your historical reports remain intact — to have those erased as well, follow our data deletion instructions.

Sharing Your Information

We only share your information in these situations:

• Service Providers: With trusted companies that help us run our service (such as cloud hosting and AI model providers)
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety
• Business Changes: If our company is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owners
• With Your Permission: For any other purposes, only with your explicit consent

All service providers must protect your information and only use it for specified purposes.

Data Security

We protect your information with:

• Encryption of data during transmission and storage
• Access controls to limit who can see your data

Account Closure and Data Retention

Workspace owners can close their Gooseworks account in Settings → Account → Close account. Closure immediately disables the workspace for every member. Its data remains stored for a 30-day grace period, during which you can contact help@gooseworks.ai to request restoration.

Permanent deletion is scheduled for the first of the month after the full 30-day grace period has expired. This monthly schedule means deletion may occur later than day 30. Closing one workspace does not close other workspaces associated with the same email address.

Limited records may be retained where required by law, such as billing and tax records. Backup deletion follows the backup rotation rather than happening immediately. See our data deletion instructions for the account controls and options for deleting imported data.
